Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Yes. You can choose a monthly subscription plan without any commitment. Plans can be cancelled at any time, we will not charge you after the expiry date.
Do you charge for additional users?
No. You can have an unlimited number of user accounts on a paid subscription without any additional costs.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. All of our annual plans paid in advance offer a 10% discount. We also offer custom plans and discounts for enterprises or long-term contracts: Contact sales for more information.
What is the minimum contract term?
We offer month-to-month subscriptions which you can scale up and down as it suits you. No long contracts are required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card billed monthly or invoice for annual contracts.
What payment frequencies are available?
Monthly and Annual only. There's a 10% discount for any annual subscribers (non-refundable). Contact Sales if you want to discuss other bespoke options.
What is your pricing?
Our plans start at £200 GBP per month. Price can vary depending on usage i.e. the number of unique active influencers required per month.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes, everyone loves a free trial! We offer a commitment-free, 10-day trial for everyone to try out our platform. Sign up for a free trial.

Whats involved in onboarding?
We have a full onboarding process for new customers which starts with a 30-minute demo and training session delivered by our Client Success team. It can be personalised according to your needs.
Can I increase the number of influencers I track if I need to?
Yes - you can increase the number of influencers (credits) at any time. You can also decrease subject to a minimum monthly or annual plan.
